A spot of almost country dining in the heart of downtown, La Cambusa has outdoor tables set across from the giant rubber trees of Piazza Marina’s jungly park, and a simple inside dining room. You’re just a few dozen feet from the seafront, so that means it’s seafood time.

There’s an impressive antipasto spread, so there’s a good chance you can fill up on tasty tidbits at the buffet then skip the primo (though the fettuccine Cambusa with shrimp, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes in a sauce of white wine and saffron is nice) and go right for your choice of catch of the day from the ice-filled display case at the front.
