Guided wine tastings in Venice

Venice has a number of excellent wine bars serving small glasses of ine called un ombra—as well as chichetti canapés and snacks (a few of my favorites are listed here), and when they're not too busy the staff are usually only too happy to take you on a tour of Italian wines.
