Arnolfo di Cambio (c. 1245-1302) - Pupil of Nicola Pisano and greatest architect of the Florentine Gothic building craze of the 1290s. When not designing Florence's Palazzo Vecchio or Duomo, he also sculpted several figures in Florence's Museo dell'Opera dell Duomo and the highly influential Tomb of Cardinal de Braye in Orvieto's San Domenico church.
